Dahi ke Kabab

Ingredients to make Dahi Ke Kebab
1-1/2 cups hung yogurt
1/4 cup besan ( chick pea flour) – dry roasted over low heat till slightly darker
One tablespoon thinly chopped coriander leaves
One tablespoon delicately chopped green chillies
Two tablespoons thinly chopped onions
One tablespoon salt
One tablespoon roasted and powdered cumin seeds
Oil/ghee to fry kebabs
How to Make Dahi Ke Kebab at home –
Blend all the ingredients apart from the ghee, and freeze for a period of one hour.
Shape the blend into flat round balls (like tikkis) and pan fry over average flame till they turn brown from both the sides.
The kebabs are fairly soft, so you need to touch them in a very careful manner.
Serve the kebabs hot with green sauce.
