Paneer bhurji toast sandwich

Serves: 4

Ingredients

Paneer bhurji (recipe here) - 2 cups

Bread slices - 12 (or dinner rolls or footlong bread)

Onion – cut into rings, as needed

Cheese sauce – as needed (recipe here)

Butter – to toast the bread

Tomato ketchup - as needed

Instructions

To make the paneer bhurji sandwich, start off by applying butter on the 2 bread slices.

Spread the paneer bhurji generously on one bread.

Arrange some onion rings and drizzle some cheese sauce and ketchup on it.

Pack the sandwich with another slice of buttered bread.

Toast the paneer bhurji sandwich using butter until it's golden on both sides.

Paneer bhurji sandwich recipe is ready.

Take the sandwich out on a plate and cut it into two triangles. Enjoy the paneer bhurji sandwich with mint chutney.
